The Aerodrome Sebastián Almagro, located in Palma del Río, Córdoba, hosted the celebration of the VIII Aeromodelling Festival of the company Faasa in September.

It involved more than 40 internationally recognized pilots, with more than 90 models of helicopters and model airplanes, in memory of the veteran aviator and founder of the Cordovan aeronautical group, Sebastián Almagro.

This year as a novelty, the German Mario Muller participated, one of the most prestigious acrobatic pilots in the world who flew the Vélero Ló 100, a model made in Germany in 1952 and with which Sebastián Almagro won several world championships in aerial acrobatics. flight mode without engine.

The Festival was organized by the Aeromodelling Club of Palma del Río, and the Sebastián Almagro Foundation itself.
